1. What we offer
AuraDasha offers personalized digital products: readings written for your birth data and delivered as PDF files by e-mail. Because each reading is generated for your exact chart, it is a made-to-order digital good.
2. Your data, your accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you provide. If you notify us of an error in your details within 48 hours of delivery, we will re-generate your reading at no cost.
3. Acceptable use
Readings are licensed for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute or republish a reading, in whole or in part, without written permission.
4. Nature of the service
All readings and free tools are for self-knowledge and spiritual entertainment purposes. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice, and they never predict fixed events. Decisions you make remain yours.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraDasha's total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the consumer's state of residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
