Before delivery

Full refund, no questions asked. Write to us any time before your reading is delivered and we will cancel and refund the purchase in full.

After delivery

Each reading is a made-to-order digital product created for your exact birth data. After delivery we offer:

• Refund or re-generation in case of technical error or calculation error on our side.
• Free correction: if the birth details you provided were wrong, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will redo your reading at no cost.

How to request

E-mail hello@auradasha.com from the address used at purchase, with your order details. Refunds return to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
