📜 Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using AuraDasha (auradasha.com and its subdomains), you fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About the Service

AuraDasha offers personalized astrological readings based on a methodology developed by an experienced astrologer. Available products include: the Birth Chart, Karmic Chart, Lilith Chart, Fortune Chart, Career Chart, Forecast Chart, Solar Return and Synastry.

3. Nature of the Service

Our readings are intended solely for self-knowledge and spiritual entertainment. They are not a substitute for:

• Medical, psychological or psychiatric advice
• Legal or financial guidance
• Professional diagnoses of any kind

Astrology is an interpretive tool — readings reflect possibilities, not fixed predictions.

4. Registration and Data

To generate your reading we collect: full name, date/time/city of birth, email, WhatsApp and tax ID (for credit card payments only). The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

5. Payment

Payments are processed via Mercado Pago, PCI-DSS certified. We do not store card data. We accept PIX (paid in full) and credit card (in full or in installments).

6. Delivery

After payment is confirmed, a preview is shown on screen and the complete PDF is sent to your email within hours. In the event of a technical failure, we will reach out with a new timeframe of up to 24 hours. We recommend downloading right away — we keep files available for 30 days.

7. Acceptable Use

The reading generated is for the customer's personal use. Prohibited: commercial reproduction, mass distribution, resale or transfer to third parties. Sharing on social media or with people close to you for personal purposes is permitted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Content is developed under the supervision of a specialized astrological methodology. Under no circumstances will AuraDasha be liable for moral, emotional, financial or any other damages arising from the use or interpretation of the readings.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, methodology and products of AuraDasha are protected. Purchasing a reading does not grant the user any rights over this work.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable consumer protection law. Disputes will be resolved in the customer's place of residence, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.

💳 Return and Refund Policy

⚠️ Important: Because our readings are personalized digital products delivered immediately after payment, our refund policy follows specific rules in accordance with consumer protection law.

1. Right of Withdrawal (7 days)

You have up to 7 calendar days after purchase to request a refund, under the following conditions:

✓ WE ACCEPT REFUNDS WHEN:

• The request is made within 7 calendar days of purchase
• The customer has not downloaded or viewed the complete content
• A technical failure prevented delivery
• The reading contains a serious calculation error (after technical review)
• The content delivered does not match the advertised product

✗ WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS WHEN:

• The customer has already downloaded and viewed the complete content
• The request is made more than 7 days after purchase
• The reason is "I didn't like it" or "I didn't relate to it" (subjective)
• The customer provided incorrect birth details
• There is an attempt at fraud or misuse

2. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@auradasha.com with:

• The full name used at purchase
• Your email and the purchase date
• The name of the product purchased
• The reason for your request
• Proof of payment (Mercado Pago)

We respond within 2 business days.

3. Processing Time

• PIX: up to 5 business days to the original account
• Credit card: up to 2 billing cycles (refund timing depends on your bank)

4. Special Cases

Error in your birth details: contact us within 48 hours — we'll generate a new reading at no additional cost.

Delivery failure: we attempt to generate it manually within 24 hours; if that isn't possible, you receive an automatic full refund.

Duplicate charge: immediate refund, no questions asked.

Technical error in the reading (incorrect astrological calculation): a free new reading OR a full refund.

5. Chargebacks

Before requesting a chargeback with your bank, please contact us. We resolve the vast majority of cases directly. Improper chargebacks may result in suspension of access.

6. Gifts and Discounts

Gifts (such as the Check-up of the Year) are free and are not eligible for refunds. Discounted purchases follow the same policy.

To generate your personalized astrological reading, we collect:

• Identification data: full name, email, WhatsApp and tax ID (the latter only for payment processing)
• Birth data: date, time and city of birth (used solely for the astrological calculations)
• Payment data: processed directly by Mercado Pago, PCI-DSS certified. We do not store card data on our servers

2. Purpose of processing

Your data is used only to:

• Generate the personalized astrological reading you requested
• Process your payment and issue receipts
• Send the reading by email or WhatsApp, where applicable
• Maintain a service history for customer support

3. How we protect your data

• Encrypted connection (HTTPS) on every page
• Secure servers (Vercel) protected against unauthorized access
• Payment data handled exclusively by Mercado Pago — it never passes through our servers
• Access restricted to the automated systems strictly necessary to generate your reading

4. Data sharing

We share your data only with:

• Mercado Pago: for payment processing
• Content-generation provider: to compose the reading — it receives only astrological data, never sensitive personal information

We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Your rights as a data subject

Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

• Confirm whether your data is being processed
• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
• Request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Request the portability of your data

6. Retention period

We keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described and to meet legal and tax obligations. After that period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for the operation of the site and the payment session. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies for marketing purposes.
